Accepted Contract
ONCE WE HAVE AN ACCEPTED CONTRACT
- Assist you with negotiating any home inspection repair items
- Keep you informed of all transaction benchmarks and oversee all mortgage, title and escrow closing procedures
- Deliver any additional paperwork that may be needed to complete your transaction
- Preview your final statement prior to closing to ensure accuracy
- Notify you immediately upon closing and deliver your proceeds check or arrange to have it deposited into your account so you can start the next phase of your life
